"Congrats to this month’s eLearning challenge winner, Sachiko Goodyear, for her winning submission The Perfect Sub, Every Time! 🎉 What we loved about Sachiko’s project was her use of visual communications, comprehensive design, and interactivity."

"We hired Sachiko to develop online training for a major web application rollout. She was able to quickly learn the new software, the accounts payable process, and our corporate and project goals. We relied on her heavily to serve as the expert in this role. With very little direction, she planned, designed, and implemented courses that were effective, user-friendly and were key to the success of our implementation. As other groups within the organization experienced her online training, they enlisted her for additional projects; thus her consulting engagement was extended several times. In short, she delivered excellent results, ahead of schedule. She will be the first person we call when we have additional eLearning needs."

"Sachiko completed a significant amount of work for my organization in the timeframe that was needed. She has troubleshot issues with our [LMS] system and worked with the vendor to come up with viable solutions, working to ensure that the system worked according to specification. Sachiko is a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable, personable and can tackle any task given with enthusiasm and commitment. I recommend hiring her to any employer."

"Sachiko played an important role in us rolling out our software distribution and enterprise management tools for the firm by creating and running training classes for a broad number of systems administrators. She was able to understand a technical subject sufficiently to not need any of the development team present at the training but received great feedback from the training participants."

"In 2004, the State of NJ Office of Emergency Management rolled out a web-based emergency incident reporting system. This system was deployed to 21 counties and 565 municipal Emergency Operations Centers (EOCs) to share and report emergency operations data with the State EOC. This marked the first such effort in New Jersey of that scale. In support of this effort, Sachiko designed curriculum for and trained 1,500 emergency responders on the new system. These responders ultimately used the system to better coordinate response efforts during many hurricanes, floods, winter storms, two plane accidents, one large fuel spill, and several building collapses. In September 2005, Sachiko developed a computer based training CD that was sent with our responders down to the gulf coast as part of the Hurricane Katrina relief effort. Without Sachiko’s expertise in training, our situational awareness and therefore our response efforts, would be significantly slower."
