I love to cook, eat, travel, and snowboard with family and friends. In 2020, I launched a recipe blog and YouTube channel for diabetics called WeCountCarbs, that provides printable recipes with nutrition facts labels. It's a passion project that marries my obsession with food, nutrition and technology. Along this journey I've become proficient at photography and video editing, as well as content management, AI, and search engine optimization. It's safe to say that I'm a digitally savvy lifelong learner.
